Cancellations

If you are ill or you are unable to attend your interview due to another difficulty, please let me know as soon as possible. 

You must tell me 24 hours ahead of time if you want to change a scheduled interview.  If you cancel a interview on the same day or do not let me know that you cannot attend your interview then you will lose the credit for your interview.

Arriving Late for a Interview

If you arrive late for a interview, this time will be deducted from the total duration for the interview.  For example, if you have a 45 minutes interview and you arrive 15 minutes late, then your interview will be 30 minutes long.  

Technical Problems - Online Interview

It is your responsibility to check that you have sorted out any technical difficulties relating to microphones, video, internet connection etc. before starting the interview. If however, you experience technical difficulties resulting from weather conditions or other circumstances that are beyond your control, I will be happy to rearrange the interview for another time. 

Time Period

Your interview will expire after 90 days of purchasing it. If you don’t take all of your purchased interview within 90 days, you will lose the credit for this interview.

If you go 30 days without taking the interview with me and you do not reply to any emails or Skype chats to schedule a new interview, you will lose your credit for the remaining interview.  

Cancellation by Me

Although it is unlikely to occur, if some unexpected circumstances occur which means I have to cancel my interview with you, you will receive a full refund for the interview or I will happily rearrange a interview at another time.
